THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO IN LEYTE
DID INC REFUSED TO SHELTER SUPER TYPHOON VICTIMS?
This is based only on an article of the “Splendor of the Church” blog who’s admin is a Roman Catholic priest named Abe Arganiosa:

This is a malicious and definitely not a credible “report” against the Iglesia Ni Cristo because it is not based on facts but on a “text message.” See for yourself. The article even posted the image of the “text message.”
Is a “text message” a credible and reliable basis?I don't know, but was communications on that day in that region slammed by Super Typhoon Yolanda were all down?
WHAT TRULY HAPPENED DURING THE STORM SURGE?
During the storm surge, the Iglesia N Cristo compound in Tacloban City (the same house of worship you see in the picture) sheltered many families, members and non-members alike. The house of worship and the INC compound served as sanctuary for the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda. After the storm, many went back to their houses, but many also remained inside the INC compound for they have no more houses to go back to. The following are some of the Tacloban district survivors that are currently inside the INC compound:

(1) Balais family
(2) De Mesa family

(4) Labadora family

(6) Noemi Delleva
(7) Ryan Eladro
(8) Sansub family
(9) Saranillo family
(10) Tebrero family
(11) Villazorda family
This is true not only in Tacloban but in many places that Super Typhoon Yolanda slammed. The Iglesia Ni Cristo immediately conducted relief operations in many areas after the storm. As of today, the INC is continuously conducting Medical Missions in different places.
A RAY OF HOPE
For whatever happened let us not lose hope for God will always extend His helping hand. This is what the Bible says:
II CHRONICLES 20:9 NIV
“If calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgment, or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your Name and will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us."
